Recapr privacy

Recapr processes the account and fantasy-league information needed to provide the service, create requested episodes, manage access, and support billing. Payment-card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Recapr.

Private league information and generated episode content are used to provide the features requested by authorized league members. Recapr does not sell this information.

HeyCatch is a website analytics service that helps Recapr understand how people find our public homepage and improve how we explain the service. It tracks only signed-out visits to that homepage, including visits through Recapr’s public campaign links that lead there.

HeyCatch does not track our sign-in, signup, invitation, account, billing, private league, episode, or staff pages. We do not use it for session replay or to identify signed-in users.

On the public homepage, HeyCatch may collect information about visits, sessions, page navigation, and interactions, along with technical details such as IP address, device and browser information, and SDK identifiers. Recapr does not intentionally send HeyCatch names, email addresses, fantasy-league names or content, member names, ESPN credentials, payment data, tokens, episode or transcript text, or anything typed into a form.

If you allow optional measurement, Recapr may use Google Analytics on approved public pages to understand campaign visits and completed waitlist signups. You can separately allow Google advertising storage and Meta advertising measurement on those pages. All choices remain off until you select them, and a browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps them off.

Advertising measurement may let Google and Meta associate an approved public-page visit or conversion with advertising activity under their respective services. This setup does not send them your waitlist email, name, league content, payment details, form-field contents, or authenticated account activity. Recapr does not enable advanced matching, enhanced conversions, or session replay through this setup.

When you follow an affiliate link, Recapr uses Rewardful to place a first-party referral cookie on your device. The cookie identifies the referring affiliate and may remain eligible for attribution for up to 90 days. You can still use Recapr if you block or delete this cookie, but the affiliate may not receive credit for your purchase.

Rewardful may also process technical and usage information needed to operate referral tracking, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, and activity on the Recapr pages where its tracker runs.

When you buy an eligible season package through an affiliate link or promotion code, Rewardful receives the referral and purchase information needed to attribute the sale and calculate commission. This may include your email address, purchase description, amount paid, discount, refund or dispute status, and Stripe customer and transaction identifiers. Rewardful does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Top-offs, complimentary access, and gifted credits are excluded from affiliate commission. Recapr and Rewardful use referral and purchase information to operate the affiliate program, prevent misuse, reconcile commissions, and process affiliate payouts.

HeyCatch processes this limited public-website analytics data only to provide analytics under Recapr’s instructions. Its current data processing agreement says that it does not sell or share data covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act, and that analytics data collected through its software is kept while Recapr subscribes to the service and for up to two months afterward, unless Recapr asks for earlier deletion or the law requires longer retention.

When enabled by your choice, Google and Meta process the limited public-page measurement data described above under their applicable business and privacy terms. Recapr will configure the shortest practical GA4 event-data retention setting, review provider data-sharing controls before activation, and document the approved settings in the release evidence.
