What Recapr processes
Recapr processes the account and fantasy-league information needed to provide the service, create requested episodes, manage access, and support billing. Payment-card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Recapr.
Private league information and generated episode content are used to provide the features requested by authorized league members. Recapr does not sell this information.
Product analytics
When production analytics are enabled, Recapr uses HeyCatch to understand visits, sessions, page navigation, and interaction events so we can measure acquisition and improve product journeys. This may include IP address, device and browser information, and SDK identifiers.
Recapr will not intentionally configure names, email addresses, fantasy-league names, member names, ESPN authorization, payment credentials, tokens, episode or transcript text, or form-input contents as analytics identity or custom-event properties. Session replay is disabled.
The initial rollout is limited to the signed-out public landing page and the single-character campaign links that lead to it. Collection is excluded from sign-in, signup, invitation, private league and episode, and staff pages. It is also disabled in local development, preview deployments, and automated tests.
Retention, providers, and choices
Service providers process data only to operate Recapr under their applicable contractual and security obligations. HeyCatch’s current DPA states that SDK analytics data is retained during the subscription and for up to two months after the subscription ends, unless Recapr instructs earlier deletion or law requires retention.
Production analytics remain disabled until Recapr publishes a working privacy-contact destination and the product and privacy owners record the consent, opt-out, and Global Privacy Control treatment required for the places Recapr serves.
